A Method of Estimating Reliability Distribution Model

摘要：

It is an important problem in reliability engineering to estimate reliability distribution model. To surmount the limitation of hypothesis test in estimating reliability distribution model, one optimal method has been proposed in this paper. BP neural network (BPNN) is designed to estimate distribution model on the condition that a great deal of historical data has been obtained in this way. The simulation indicates that the way is rational and scientific.Kew words: Reliability Distribution Model, BP Neural Network.
