The Research of Income and Cost System of Security Investor Protection Fund
The foundation of Security Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC) shows that investor protection system in China is taking shape. But how to establish an effective mode of income and cost decides weather SIPC can play an important role in protecting middle and little investors. The article, by means of system engineering, complex system modeling and Backward Stochastic Differential Equation (BSDE) and on the purpose of protecting the investors, integrates the financing income and payment into one system recording to management and operation of investor protection fund and establishes one BSDE model researching on the relationship between the fee standard, investment, payment and objective achievements. Then, it provides with different theoretical solutions considering the risky assets and risk-free assets respectively. Finally, calculate and analyze on the basis of real data.
