Assessment of Real Estate Investment Environment Based on Entropy Weighting Ideal Point
Real estate is a fundamental industry with high margin. Like many other industries, it is also a business full of risk. So before and in the process of investment, the investors should do a reasonable assessment of the investment project. As well known, the investment environment of estate is a critical factor affecting the economic interest of estate investment, and it may bring a great deal of uncertainty to investors. So before investment, the decision-maker should do their best to assess investment environment scientifically, for reducing the potential risk of real estate investment. After setting up the index system, this paper applies the entropy weighting ideal point into the investment environment assessment of estate, realizing the integration of qualitative and quantitative analysis. Compared with traditional methods, this way is more concise and the assessment result can provide more information for decision-maker. At last, an example is used to demonstrate this methods calculation process as well as its feasibility.
