A Research Based on the Decision-making Model of Portfolio Management Adopted by Businessmen in Zhejiang Province

Strategy management determines the direction that an organization will follow, and project management is defined as an approach. An important reason for many enterprises to have low decision efficiency lies in that project implementation is not aligned to strategy and lacks organizational guarantee. Modern enterprise competition indicates that strategy is realized by projects and every project should be consistent with organizational strategy 1. And as market competition becomes more integrated and systematic, some enterprises in Zhejiang Province must get rid of their random method of making a decision and its implementation. So the problem concerning how to make strategic plan and project management integrated and connected will be Zhejiang Businessmens important decision. Establishing interaction mechanism between the two helps reduce random behavior of the decision-making, improve decision efficiency and organizational intelligence, change disconnection between strategic plan and project management, and make Zhejiang Businessmens management and decision standardized and scientific. This paper is to analyze Zhejiang Businessmens behavior in decision-making and the change of their decision-making behavior by using the case of Transfer Groups pluralistic decision method and the effective implementation of the decision.
