The Construction of Enterprise Office Automation System Cored by Knowledge Management

摘要：

Knowledge Management (KM) is a thinking way of the enterprise information system construction. It is introduced into Office Automation (OA) system, which is an inevitable trend of social economy and technology development. This paper analyzes the requirements of enterprise OA System and the remaining question which is to be solved, discusses the KM model, and finally presents OA system architecture cored by comprehensive knowledge base, which integrates technology, management into office mechanisms.
