Emergy analysis of Water ecological Economic Value
Fully understanding and reasonably determining the value of water resources is the prerequisite and foundation of water resources optimal allocation. Analysis showed that some problems remained in the existing theory and evaluation methods of water resource value. This paper puts forward the concept of water ecological economic value based on water ecological-economic system; and provides a new way for water resources value evaluation based on the emergy theory and method, which is a new environment value theory and systematic method. The connotation of water ecological economic value is the unification of economic value, eco-environment value and social value, which gives new meanings to water resources value. The methodology of emergy synthesis which emphasizes the use of energy, as evaluating criteria for threading together natural systems and human economy into a common framework, provides a new perspective to the assessment of water resources value.
