Establishment of Dynamic Strategy-oriented Enterprise Performance Management System
Performance management is regarded as one of core issues of HRM. Now vast majority of enterprises in China have established performance evaluation systems, but they have not worked efficiently yet mostly. Enterprises are only concerned about the past performance of employees, rather than considering how to strengthen performance management and understanding the link between enterprises performance management and their strategy and future development. From the perspective of system theory, oriented with dynamic strategy, this issue discusses how to establish a dynamic strategy-oriented enterprise performance management system through using fish-bone diagram and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP),aiming at providing theoretical basis for enterprises dynamic HRM.
