Defects Analysis of Switching Rule of Reduced Inspection in GB/T2828.1-2003 ( ISO2859-1:1999)

摘要：

GB/T2828.1-2003 (i.e. ISO2859-1:1999), Chinas national standard of sampling procedures for inspection with adjustment by attributes, depends heavily on the switching rules applied in the sampling plan. The existing switching rules have not fully considered the errors caused by different sample lot sizes, which has not been noticed so far in domestic and foreign literature. Based on comparative analysis of different sample sizes for the same quantity of the inspected items, the paper points out the defects of calculation method of reduced switching rules in the GB/T2828.1-2003, and suggests the necessity of improvement.
