The Dynamic Mechanism Study of Corporation Reengineering

摘要：

Corporation reengineering has been regarded as an important way for corporations to get great development. But unfortunately there are many reengineering actions that fail to succeed. So, the process of reengineering is not simple as supposed. This paper is mainly related to the dynamic process of corporation reengineering which is determined by many kinds of factors and can be described as a chaos system. A new point is put forward which can be described as the core competence that determines the basic process of corporation reengineering. Besides, cultural reengineering is more important than asset reengineering. This viewpoint can be used to direct the reengineering behavior.
