The SD Model of Process Management of The Software Development Project and Its Simulation

摘要：

The software development project is system engineering. It is a practice in a complex environment. There are many factors that can affect the process of a software project. The personnel is the most important. The System Dynamics is a useful method to research a complex system, and it is used to build a process management model of a software project in this paper. The Brooks Theorem can be different in different types of project. A scientific management policy of the software development project was gotten in this paper.
