The Research on the Performance Management of Fiscal Investment in Science and Technology

摘要：

The performance management is an important part of the public fiscal management. Firstly, the performance goal is introduced in this paper. Furthermore, the performance indicator system of fiscal science and technology is built, which is constituted by three levels , six aspects and lots of specific indicators. Finally, the general program and method of the performance evaluation are provided.
