Analysis on Information Transmission Efficiency of Organization Information Entropy Based on WBS-DSM

摘要：

This paper analyses the information transmission efficiency of enterprises from the organization structure of managements of enterprises and the work breakdown structure of grass-roots of enterprises. It illustrates the advantages of horizontal organization structure of virtual enterprises from the perspective of organization information entropy, and explains horizontal blindly organization is not desirable through the modeling calculations of information entropy because all managements abilities to bear information should be taken into account.
