A Decision-Making Method with Interval Intuitionistic Fuzzy Numbers
The paper studies the problem of multi-attribute decision making with interval intuitionistic fuzzy information, in which attribute weights are known. It applies the C-OWA operator to interval intuitionistic fuzzy numbers and defines the IC-OWA operator which can integrate interval intuitionistic fuzzy information. Integrating the attribute value through IC-OWA operator and summing up the integrated results, every aggregative attribute value is then obtained. So the aggregative attribute value is preferred as the best alternative. Finally, the instance analysis is made to show that the method is simple and applicable.
