Research on Engineering Project Management of State-holding Companies

摘要：

State-holding company is an important part of national economic reformation. State-holding Company has the responsibility to maintain value and appreciation of state-owned assets, most of which is realized in the building of the projects. But the state-holding companys complex relationship between mother and subsidiary companies, together with multi-project management, brings many difficult problems for the state-holding companys project management. This paper conducts a deep research on the state-holding companys mother-child relationship and multi-project management problem, and proposes corresponding solutions based on methods and models.
