The Raising and Application of Honest Factor in Calculating Agents Reward in the Enterprise
For the commissioners of the enterprise, how to determine the reward of agents is crucial to promote them to work hard and efficiently. However, because of information asymmetry between the commissioners and the agents, as to the calculation of agents reward, the commissioners couldnt completely grasp the true situation of companys production and sales, and probable maximum profit level, which will lead to the bargaining between the commissioners and the agents on planned profit base which is thus hard to determine. Therefore, in the calculation model of agents reward, honest factor is thus brought about. Honest factor is the rate between the planned profit base of the company raised by agents and the probable maximum profits. When honest factor is introduced into the calculation model of agents reward, in order to get maximum income, the agents will bring about a planned profit base which, under the condition that other factors are certainly determined, will truthfully reflect the relationship between the planned profit base of the enterprise and the probable maximum profits. Then the agents will obtain the rather true-to-life and probable maximum profits.
