Commission Standards Research of Agent System

摘要：

The agent of construction system, that is, model of project management agent, is now gradually used in the governmental projects. But there isnt a uniform and detailed standard on selecting project management companies. Based on the recommendatory standard of FIDIC and an analysis of the selection standards of Shanghai, Beijing, Wuhan, Chongqing and Shenzhen where the agent of construction system is earlier in practice, this paper establishes a selection standard system that adapts to the actuality of our country.
