Aggregate Analysis of Group Decision Making Based on G1 Method

摘要：

In the field of group decision making, how decision makers compare the alternative decision schemes and aggregate group decisions based on the comparison of respective makers is the main issue. Firstly, this paper analyzes problems in using the method of AHP to solve the group decision making; then, it presents how to use the G1 method to solve the aggregate decision, and it particularly describes the principle, thinking and steps of using G1 to solve aggregate of group decision making. Finally, this paper illustrates the implementation of the G1 method with a case, and concludes that the G1 method is simple, intuitionist, and is a better method for aggregate analysis of group decision making.
