Researches on Quickly Response System of Agricultural Machinery Products Service in Repair Based on the Emergency Management
Along with the seasonal characteristic of agricultural production and the wider application of agricultural machines, there is a higher and higher request to the agricultural machines repair service in the quickly response. This article analyzes some main questions which exist in our country agricultural machines service in repair aspect at present stage, and analyzes the conflicts utilizing the TOC(theory of constraints ). From the concept of emergency management, applying supply chain logistics management theory and regarding quickly response as the goal, emphasizing the standardization of the agricultural machines and the spare parts, it establishes a quickly response system in the information service with network platform. At last, it finds the solutions on a long response time to the emergent malfunctions of the agricultural machines, and build an agricultural machines service system in repair which suits our country development and has a lower cost, a higher efficiency, a faster response time.
