DSS Modeling and Implementation of Supplier Management of the Electricity Supply Enterprise Based on the Collaborative Strategy
In view of the characteristics of suppliers of the electricity supply enterprise, a collaboration strategy mode of supplier management is put forward, that is, the use of economy relation mode to achieve the excess profit sharing of suppliers, the application of behavior pattern to construct supply chain management strategy, the use of self-organization mode to realize competition collaboration of supply chain system. On this basis, the paper introduces the modeling and implementation methods of supplier management decision support system in detail, including the use of decision support system framework of knowledge management-oriented, the modeling ideas and reasoning strategies of the realization of collaboration strategy mode in the system, the establishment of dynamic option base for suppliers, information sharing and interface design of the system and so on.
