A Method in Quality Engineering and Its Application
Parameter design is a quality engineering method that aims at reducing sensitivity to hard-to-control variation in products and manufacturing processes. This papers research mainly pays attention to the potential drawback of 2 S and e V in the two-step procedures under the given conditions. Based on the related researches, the paper proposes the correlation coefficient and N S to estimate the linearity of response with signal factor and the dispersion effects of response. The results are illustrated with an example involving measuring higher density gold ore sample by differential spectrophotometer.
