Process Quality Management of Inter-basin Water Transfer Project

摘要：

This paper brings the concept of process control into the Inter-basin water transfer project management; takes the process quality control method as the theory background; studies the process quality control of project. In the paper, the entire quality level of project is reflected by process quality level; through process controlling, especially the quality control of key process, to prevent large fluctuation of project quality.
