Research on Definition and Implementation of Continuous Quality Improvement

From the perspective of statistical thinking, this paper re-discusses the definition of continuous quality improvement. It focuses on understanding the process and variation. It controls the reasons that cause the quality variations in the manufacture processes. Then by means of the effective method, it limits the variations in a smaller and reasonable area. Moreover, it importantly introduces Design of Experiment, which is an effective method to develop continuous quality improvement. It could identify the roots that cause the quality variations. In addition, this paper ensures the variations between the product quality characteristics and design target value to be the smallest. Factorial Design is one of Designs of Experiment. This paper uses it as an example, expounds to implement the process and significance of Design of Experiment.
