The Product Ability Analysis and Balance Improvement of Socket Assembly Line

摘要：

Based on the theory of product line balance and the improving method of basic Industrial Engineering, this paper studies the product ability and balance rate of the socket assembly line according to work measurement. For the producing-ability surplus process and bottleneck process, a sustaining improving method is proposed after analyzing the process flow and operating motion seriously. The method eliminates bottleneck processes and increases the productivity and balance rate after a comparative analysis.
