Research on Performance Management of the Power Supply Enterprises with Application of Balanced Scored Card
As an effective tool of implementing strategy and managing performance, Balanced Scored Card (BSC) analyzes and describes enterprises strategy, and thoroughly measures and drives performance from four dimensions including finance, customers, internal business processes and learning and growth. Pointing out the deficiency of power-supply enterprises performance management, this paper first introduces BSCs content and application, and then investigates the BSCs application to a certain power-supply enterprises performance management from the following three aspects: 1) making use of BSC to draw strategy map for power supply enterprise combining enterprises vision and strategy analysis; 2) forming BSCs for different administrative levels under the cause and effect relationship of strategy map; and 3) establishing a KPI system based BSC.
