Study on Synergistic Management Pattern of Tolling Based on Business Process Reengineering (BPR)
With analysis of tolling management in automotive parts enterprises of China that produce pressing parts, a new pattern of synergistic management of tolling is presented. Tolling supplier, tolling buyer and production department are all included in this new pattern. New processes of tolling management are made. These processes are proved effective through practice in CALY automotive parts enterprises. Two contrast groups of the old and new process are discussed in this paper. The new synergistic management pattern of tolling based on BPR shows very good results for tolling management in such companies. The ratio of utilization of tolling is enhanced, and the ratio of maintenance of tilling is reduced with ensured product quality. The production cost is saved somehow. Competitiveness of such kind of company is thus enhanced.
