Research on Cost Management and Cost Control of Real Estate Enterprises

摘要：

Along with the constant standardization of Chinas real estate market and the constant aggravation of competition,real estate enterprises,as one of the main players in this market,must carry on effective management and control to project development cost in order to realize the greatest economic benefits of the project development.However,the characteristics of product development of the real estate,such as the heterogeneity of real estate product,the regionalism and the periodicity of real estate market,determined the particularities in its cost management.This paper alms to discuss how real estate enterprises control the cost according to its particularities.
