Good Faith: the Key to Healthy Development for Chinas Real Estate Brokerage

摘要：

During the past 20 years,the real estate brokerage has been emerged and developed remarkably,especially in number.The role of real estate brokerage is vital.Nowadays,more and more people prefer to purchase house though real estate brokerage,which saves a lot of time and money.Besides,real estate brokerage helps government manage and control real estate business,and advance the healthy development of real estate business.However,Chinas real estate business is immature and has arisen lots of problems of lacking good faith,which cause a heavy loss to both enterprise and customer.This paper analyzed the causes and proposed several countermeasures which aim to win the recognition of customer,enhance the economic performance of the real estate business largely and push forward the healthy growth of national economy.
