Research of Influence Factors of Investment Efficiency in China Housing Industry

摘要：

With the rapid development of urbanization in China today,the housing industry generated marvelous housing supply in recent years.As a result,this industry contributed so much for the economy,and,the investment of the industry took a very important position in China economy.Unfortunately,according to the recent researches,this investment was undergoing a slowing down in the past years.In this paper,based on the data of Shaanxi province,the main influence factors of investment efficiency were evaluated,and finally the model of influence of investment efficiency in China housing industry was suggested.At last,some suggestions to promote investment efficiency were provided.
