Cross-culture Management in Transnational Construction Enterprises from Perspectives of Culture

An essential issue in transnational management is to deal with cultural differences and crashes among the different nations involved.By analyzing the positive and negative influences brought by them,adjust measures to implement rational and scientific cross-culture strategy and effectively promote the communication and mutual integration of different cultures,in this way can transnational management walk up to a prospering stage.This paper,from the perspectives of culture,discusses the influences on transnational management produced by the culture difference.Combined with the practical case that China State Construction Engineering Corporation makes a successful cross-culture management in transnational market,the paper puts forward that cross-culture management is the solution to culture difference in transnational enterprises and offers some specific strategies to carry out cross-culture management.
