The Analysis on Personnel Control Effect of Transnational Companies in China

Recently, with the influence of continuous reforming and opening, more and more transnational companies become to look for development opportunities in China, and have already set up various types of subsidiary enterprises. However, up to now, there are few researches about internal control of transnational companies in China. How to set up a proper and effective personnel control system, so as to improve the transnational companies development and to avoid the operational risks at the same time, has become to be an issue that is worth of discussing and researching. This article has tried to draw some relevant conclusions based on the evaluation of human resource management and development situations of transnational companies in China, as well as the analysis on their personnel control status.
