Extension of mould life with applying Ni-Cr thermal spraying technique for continuous casting mold

摘要：

As a recent movement,longer life continuous casting mold is demanded to maintain the enhanced production.Respond to that,we,Mishima Kosan,have been developing and applying the several coating materials.As a result,life span of the casting mold improved significantly.In this report,we will introduce the thermal spraying membrane,which is the good anti-wear material for surface,with comparing to Ni plating and showing some examples.
