Wear and roughness resistance research of high-speed steel rolls

摘要：

In this study,the emphases were placed on the wear and roughness resistance research of high-speed steel (HSS)rolls for hot roiling by FALEX TPD-8000 Block-on-ring test machine;Wear profile was characterized by Laser confocal scanning microscope (LSM5 PASCAL);The effects of microstructure,hardness and lubrication conditions on the wear resistance properties were analyzed,and the roughness transferring roles on HSS roll surface in a campaign was summarized.Its meaningful for the selection and using of HSS rolls.
