Study on model and application of CAPL scheduling

Due to the complexity of scheduling and planning system of continuous anneal process line which is subjected to multi-constraints of strip rolling plan,there are some disadvantages in manual-scheduling,such as excessive transition-strip being used,different plan being switched frequently,low utilization of roller and low efficiency of plan executed.The authors study and establish some optimization models of continuous anneal process line rolling plan,which optimization comes true automatically on computer.Combining with planner s rich xperiences,the authors study and develop dynamic adjustment modules with friendly human-machine interactive interface,which improves the practicability of model optimization system.This system takes full advantage of relationship between the roller roughness and the rolling total weight,reasonably arranges rolling sequence based on different strip roughness demand,effectively enhances the rolling efficiency of roller and the smooth quality of strip plan rolling sequence.
