Hot deformation behaviors and mathematical model of Nb microalloyed Si-Cr spring steel
The true stress-strain curves under different deformation conditions for Nb microalloyed Si-Cr spring steel were measured by Gleeble- 3800 simulator,and the dynamic recrystallization (DRX)behaviors under hot deformation conditions were studied.The mathematical model of Zener-Hollomon parameter with the hot deformation activation energy Q,the peak stress σp,the peak strain εp,the recrystallized grain size of austenite dd were established based on the experimental data,respectively,Q = 309 kJ/mol,σp = 25.44 lnZ-628.3,εp = 0.1568Z0.027,dd = 2.547 × 103Z-0.162.
