The correlation between attribute temperature of continuous annealing process and mechanical property of low carbon steel
Based on orthogonal experimental design method,the continuous annealing process pilot manufacturing of low carbon steel is made by using multipas.The correlation between attribute temperature of continuous annealing process and mechanical property of low carbon steel is studied by association with method of analysis of variance.The results indicate that the annealing temperature affects mechanical properties more significantly when it is between 700℃ to 720℃,the yield strength of low carbon steel falls down with the increase of annealing temperature;the slow cooling temperature has some effects on mechanical properties when it is between 575℃ and 600℃;the flash cooling temperature and overaging temperature almost have no effects on the mechanical properties.
