Analysis and Improvement of Oil Return Method for HFC-134a Screw Chiller in Transitional Season

摘要：

This paper discusses oil retune method for one type of HFC-134a screw water chiller for a given structure about the oil separator using some kind of oil.In transitional season the oil return effect will go into worse and make oil pressure in low level.The improvements are put forward for the original system by some methods with the chillers oil recycle.These ways will give some additional cost for the user when the chiller should be obtained with a steady part load.A simple or temporary way is controlling the condensers inlet or outlet water temperature to maintain the chillers condensing pressure.
