Application Research on Real Option to Hydropower Project Investment Decision

摘要：

Since there are defects of NPV on the hydropower project investment decision, based on real option theory, the characteristic about real option is discussed in this paper. At the same time, an investment decision model of hydropower project is established by using the real option theory. In the end, a practical example is analyzed.
