To Remove Energy Crisis and to Construct Harmonious Society--Strategic Selection on Developing Biological Energy for Heilongjiang State-owned Forestry Area
To construct harmonious society requires coordinative development of the society, but energy shortage has been the largest bottleneck to the economic development of China in the future. Biological energy is the important substitute for the petrochemical energy. The paper analyzes the superiority, weakness, opportunity and threat in developing the biological energy of Heilongjiang state-owned forestry region with SWOT, and determines the advantage of weight of factor with AHP method. The paper also explores quantification approach of SWOT with Internal-External (IE) Matrix. The paper suggests the strategic selection on developing the biological energy for Heilongjiang state-owned forestry region and works out the solutions. The paper is expected to be instructive on eliminating energy crisis for the state-owned forestry region and on constructing harmonious society.
