Process Planning and Order Scheduling Based on AHP

As the increasing competition among manufacturing enterprises, the reaction speed to the customers order is becoming the key point to decide whether the enterprise is strong enough to stand in the market. Order scheduling related below is specially referred to the process between receiving the customers order and making a decision about whether to accept the order according to the enterprises manufacturing ability. The model of order scheduling which includes order inserting and scheduling is analyzed and established, and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is used as the method of rank of order priority. The algorithm of order scheduling which based on order priority ranking and heuristic algorithm is put forward after analyzing the principle and handling framework of order scheduling.
