Research into firms environment monitoring techniques development
Steel firms are lavish power consumers and environmental pollution sources,thus energy-saving and pollutant emission reduction are keys to these problems.The environmental monitoring,which are according to the governments laws and meeting firms management requirements,focus on pollution emission monitoring.With the energy-saving and pollution emission reduction becoming one of Chinas basic national policies,the methodology of using environmental monitoring techniques to carry out energy consumer monitoring,clean production monitoring,and extending to clean production and energy audition around redeveloping resources to improve monitoring capabilities,promoting energysaving and pollution emission reduction,and recycle economy applications development.In this study,the current scale of Baosteels environment monitoring system was analyzed and a new operation model of energy and environment monitoring integration was studied as well.Based on all these,new considerations and understandings were presented in this study.
