The Researches on the Regional Logistics Development Based on Combined Evaluation
Since the complexity and the non-linear characteristics of the logistics system, plus the weaknesses of using simplex evaluation method, a new and more effective evaluation method called combined evaluation method is put forward in this paper. In order to effectively play the advantages of simplex method, to make up for the lack of simplex method and to enhance evaluations integrity, science and rationality, the combined evaluation method combines multiple simplex methods results. Using the relevant data of Henan province in 2006, composite indexes methods, TOPSIS, Principal Component Analysis and Factor Analysis are introduced to evaluate and sort the regional logistics development of 18 cities of Henan Province. Whats more, the combined evaluation model based on rough sets theory is constructed to do the same work and a more all-sided, scientific and rational conclusion is drawn.
