The Choice of Strategy to Span the Great Gulf in High-tech Market

High-tech market is different from the traditional product market, which has unique consumers who can be classified into 5 types. They may connect a total market chain, or they may be cracked into different parts. So, there will be different gulfs in high-tech market which keep high-tech enterprises from success. Whether these great gulfs occur or not is related to ones choice. It is necessary to concentrate all ones force on attacking the gulfs when they happen, but it is more important to change ones marketing strategy from tech-oriented to consumer-oriented. Other factors, for example, the choice of confederate, the supervision of market, are also helpful for enterprises to span the great gulf.
