The Empirical Study of Application of IE in Library of University
Through empirical analysis of the management, organization, collections of books and the awareness of service in libraries of universities in China, pointing out the closed-end management system, grade-organization system and other phenomenon induces low work efficiency and bad service quality, the poor professional knowledge level of all librarians limits the operations and problems on information technology, the professional services and the personal services, together with the application of IEs method and thought in the tertiary industry, and adhering to the people-oriented objectives, using the methods in development concept, management system and technology operation besides services, this thesis aims to find out the way for the innovation in the development of libraries in universities in China.
