Infrared radiative spectral band-model parameters for water vapor in second cooling zone of continuous casting
On the basis of the newest of the gas spectral data base HITRAN 2004 and by the theory of a rational extrapolation obtained,calculated the water vapor spectral band model parameters in second cooling zone of the continuous casting progress.The data include the average absorption factor,spectral line density,spectral line halfwidth.Spectra emissions of saturated steam were calculated under various temperatures and optical paths.The research showed that 1.6 μm spectral region is accurate used by single infrared thermometer.And as a result,set up a more upto-date and detailed model parameter table for the temperature measurement.
