The development and application of the AI system on Angang blast furnace
The paper introduces the process and mainly contents in the AI system.Firstly,the style and application is put forward in the information management system.Secondly,some mathematical models are introduced such as the burden distribution mathematical model on the bell-less top,the bottom and hearth erosion monitoring mathematical model and the skull dropped monitoring mathematical model on the higher heat load area.In the burden distribution mathematical model,some important methods are introduced to control the discharge gate to ensure the charge to distribute smoothly both from the beginning to end and at cycle direction,and the effect are introduced as well as on a dump dropping point and on forming the burden distributed shape and the O/C distribution on the diameter direction that come from the stock line and the chute angle.In the bottom and hearth erosion monitoring mathematical model,the calculating method of the heat transform is emphasized on the corn from the hearth to the bottom.In the skull dropped monitoring management mathematical model,the calculated method of the copper stave heat intensity is put forward according to its structure.Finally the paper introduces the effect that the AI system plays in the blast furnace process.
