Effect of austenization on grain size of super-high collapse-resistance casing using Box-Behnken design
Methodology of Design For Six Sigma (DFSS)is applied to the investigation on super-high collapseresistance casing (B110TT),which has been extensively used in oil country.By employing the DFSS tool of response surface method (RSM)based on Box-Behnken design,the austenization parameters have been optimized.According to the simulation results,B110TT casing have been produced industrially with a collapse value of 70% higher than the API standard value.This paper gives a brief introduction to the RSM method and its application in our investigation work.
