Development of T92 high pressure boiler tube
To meet the demand about manufacturing superheater and reheater for ultra supercritical boiler in China,Baosteel began to develop T92 high pressure boiler tube in March of 2005,after T91 high pressure boiler tube.This paper describes the composition design,the manufacturing process of product,and the assessment of performance on Baosteels T92.The data indicates properties of Baosteels T92 are up to the ASME SA-213 standard.It can substitute imported product and is suiTable to manufacture thermal power station boiler on large capacity and high steam parameters.
