Electrogas welding experiment upon TMCP hull plates and analysis of its microstructure and properties

摘要：

Welded joint of EH36 steel plate with 50mm thickness manufactured by inclusion control and welded with combined welding(EGW + GMAW)showed excellent properties.The microstructure in HAZ mainly composed with intragrannular ferrites was closely related with the inclusion control procedures finished in steelmaking,in which Ti2O3formed to provide nuclei for the transformation of austenite to intrangrannular after welding.
