Application of the dynamic soft reduction model for slab continuous casting
Based on the equipment condition and application status of soft reduction model of Meishan #2 continuous caster,surrounded the dynamic soft reduction process model and L2 control system,aimed at the key technology research of the soft reduction,cooperated the exploration and application of on-line model,the main exploitation work includes:dynamic soft reduction theoretical process model,on-line compute and control model and process control system frame.The progresses of new system which compared with old system are as following:more usability of frame to elevate the better stability of system;extension of new steel grade throughput ability;fumishment of unit offline simulation condition for process engineer under office environment;on-line revision of the controlling parameter for soft reduction and secondary cooling water.
