Outlook and review of Baosteel ironmaking operation for 20 years
Baosteel ironmaking is always centering on blast furnaces since Baosteel put ironmaking into production more than 20 years ago.After experiencing different phases of learning,digesting,exploring,innovating,following up and developing,etc.,we have gradually expanded its production capability and increasingly enhanced our technology level.While the operation technologies have been made quick advancement such as technology of raw material blending and stacking,the technology of sintering heavy layer,the technology of low silicon and high limonite,the technology of coking and coal matching,the blast furnace technology of high index,high coal injection and longevity,etc.,we have also achieved good performance in saving energy,reducing consumption and environmental protection,making the whole ironmaking process develop towards high effectiveness,low consumption,cleanness,and environmental friendliness,with main economic technological indexes reaching world-class level.
